Welcome to ArdhSainik Canteen (FCQ). By using our website or ordering through our platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Our grocery and delivery services operate strictly within Jashpur City, Chhattisgarh and designated nearby delivery zones.
2. Ordering & Pricing
All products displayed in the catalog are subject to availability. Prices, discounts (MRP vs. Offer Price), and stock levels are maintained by the canteen administration. We make every effort to display accurate pricing and unit weights (g, kg, ml, L, pcs).
3. Cancellation Window & Refund Policy
Because quick deliveries are prepared rapidly, customers may only cancel an order while it remains in the initial Order Placed stage. Once packing begins or a delivery rider is assigned, the cancellation window closes. For online prepaid orders cancelled within the allowed window, applicable dynamic cancellation fees are deducted and refunds are processed via Razorpay.
4. Delivery & Tracking
Deliveries are fulfilled by our local delivery partners. Real device GPS coordinates are used to provide live tracking when the order is out for delivery. Customers are expected to provide valid addresses and be reachable via phone during delivery.
